At Shatras, every product is lovingly made and hand-packed. For hygiene and safety purposes, we cannot take exchanges or returns once an order is shipped.

If, however, your order is damaged upon arrival or you've been shipped the wrong product, please email us at info@shatras.com within 24 hours from when you received your package. Please provide us with your order number and pictures of the product(s) you received.

We'll do our best to make it up to you.
